Terms of Service
The rules for using ROKIMO: accounts, credits, acceptable use, and your responsibilities.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ROKIMO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of our website, desktop application, accounts, billing, and related services (the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Who may use ROKIMO
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to the extent required by law. You must meet any minimum age required by your country (and in any case not younger than 13).
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Services
ROKIMO is a desktop AI buddy designed to help with Roblox play, for example guides and promo codes, optional screen-aware advice, personal memory, and voice interaction. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will provide notice when required by law or when we reasonably can.
3. Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Promptly update information that becomes outdated
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
Some benefits, including starter credits, may require email verification.
We may refuse registration, require additional verification, or suspend accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
You may request account deletion through product settings (where available) or by contacting us, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
Credit model
ROKIMO uses credits to meter AI usage:
- Starter credits may be granted after email verification. Unless we say otherwise at grant time, they do not expire.
- Subscription plans (such as Pro and Ultra) include monthly credits. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire unless we clearly state otherwise at purchase.
- Redeem codes and admin grants may add durable credits under the rules shown at redemption or grant time.
Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Usage is measured by our systems (including token-based accounting and any applicable multipliers). Balances shown in the product are authoritative for product operation, subject to correction of clear errors.
Plans and pricing
Prices, included credits, multipliers, and plan features may change. For existing subscriptions, changes take effect as allowed by law and as described at the time of change (for example at renewal). Taxes may apply based on your location.
Annual subscriptions may still issue credits on a monthly schedule. Check the pricing page and checkout flow for the current offer.
Payment providers
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to the payment transaction.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at purchase:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started
- Consumed credits are non-refundable
- Unused credit packs may be subject to provider and product rules; if a pack purchase is refunded, we may revoke the granted credits from your balance (floor of zero)
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with your account email and payment details.
Chargebacks and abuse
Unfounded chargebacks, payment fraud, or attempts to obtain credits without payment may result in account suspension and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws, Roblox policies, or third-party rights
- Use the Services to cheat, automate unfair advantages, or harass others in ways that violate game or platform rules
- Bypass billing, credit limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Abuse signup bonuses, IP/device limits, redeem codes, referrals, or promotions
- Probe, scan, or attack our systems, or interfere with other users
- Reverse engineer the Services except where mandatory law allows
- Resell, rent, or provide unauthorized access to the Services
- Upload malware or attempt to extract others’ personal data through the Services
- Misrepresent AI output as human-authored where disclosure is required
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access.
6. Generative AI (AIGC)
ROKIMO includes generative AI features such as chat replies, optional screen-aware advice, and voice interaction (speech input and spoken replies). Those features are content-generation services. This section sets the content standards, model disclosure, review practices, and reporting channels that apply to them, in addition to Section 5.
Models we use
Managed AI chat and related generation run through our servers and third-party models we configure. As of the last updated date above, managed generation is powered by:
- OpenAI models (GPT family)
- Google Gemini models
Desktop voice capture and on-device playback may also use local speech components in the app; conversational replies still rely on the managed models above unless we say otherwise in-product.
We may change the active model list as we improve the product or for reliability and safety. When the default or available models change in a material way, we will update this disclosure. We do not describe models only as “advanced” or similar vague marketing phrases.
Prohibited generated content
You must not use the Services (including voice chat, text prompts, or any other generative feature) to request, create, upload, share, or attempt to obtain:
- Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, sexual exploitation, or other sexually explicit material
- Violent / gory content — graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies severe physical harm
- Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar)
- Child sexual abuse material and child-unsafe content — any sexual content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), grooming, or other child exploitation material (CSAM). This is strictly prohibited
- Deepfakes / impersonation — deceptive synthetic media or outputs that impersonate a real person without authorization, or that are used to fraudulently misrepresent identity
- Copyright / trademark infringement — content that intentionally infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, or other IP (for example asking the model to reproduce protected works verbatim for unauthorized use)
Attempts to bypass safety filters or to disguise prohibited requests are also violations.
Platform review and enforcement
We use a combination of:
- Provider and product safety filters and abuse signals on generative requests where available
- Automated monitoring of abuse patterns (for example repeated policy violations, fraud, or spam)
- Human review of reports and selected high-risk cases
- Account investigation, warning, credit revocation, suspension, or termination when we find violations
- Cooperation with law enforcement or platform partners when required by law (especially for CSAM or imminent harm)
We do not claim perfect detection. Users remain responsible for their prompts and how they use outputs.
Reporting
If you encounter prohibited content, misuse of voice/chat generation, or other AIGC policy violations:
- Use the in-app / website feedback channels where available
- Or contact us / email support@rokimo.app with your account email, approximate time, and a description (and screenshots if safe to share)
We aim to review actionable reports and take appropriate action. Urgent illegal content involving children should also be reported to relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy and your responsibility
AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Game content and data may also change with updates — always rely on what you see in-game.
You are responsible for:
- How you use outputs while playing or creating
- Complying with Roblox and third-party terms
- Not relying on the Services for safety-critical advice, legal advice, or medical advice
ROKIMO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation unless we explicitly say so in writing.
7. Permissions you grant (screen, microphone, memory)
Optional features may request device permissions (for example microphone for voice, or screen access for contextual help). You control those permissions on your device and can revoke them at any time.
Personal memory exists to improve your experience over time. You should not store sensitive information you do not want processed by the Services or our AI providers.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, including software, branding, UI, and website content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services (including routing to AI providers to fulfill your requests).
Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the product without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third parties (payments, authentication, AI providers, hosting). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, provider incidents, and force majeure events may affect availability.
We may update the desktop app and require upgrades for continued access to certain features.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, disclaimers apply only to the extent allowed.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (for example certain consumer rights, or liability for fraud or willful misconduct).
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we discontinue the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive.
Unused subscription credits that would have reset on the next cycle do not create a refund obligation except where required by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and post the new Terms on this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
17. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
